2. Preparation – Clean the cylinder and sleeve thoroughly. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the sleeve opening and your penis for a comfortable, airtight seal.

3. Positioning – Insert your penis into the cylinder and press the base sleeve firmly against your body to create a tight seal.
