Cancellation and Refund Policy

You must notify it'spleaZure immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably through the Website or through an email quote your order number. If it'spleaZure accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If it'spleaZure refuses cancellation e.g. because of delivery has been completed and/or delivery personnel is already out for delivery, the order for the product may not be cancelled. it'spleaZure will not be able to refund the money already paid for any cancelled order, for which product has been already dispatched.

it'spleaZure may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. it'spleaZure will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

If the cancellation was made in time and once it'spleaZure has accepted your cancellation, it'spleaZure will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card or net banking account with the full amount within 7 days.

In the unlikely event that it'spleaZure delivers a wrong order, you have right to reject the delivery of the wrong order and you will be either fully refunded for the missing item in the order or will be replaced with the correct order within 7 business days from the date of your intimation to it'spleaZure about receipt of wrong order. The order's completeness will be decided by comparing delivered product/s with the Order Slip with it'spleaZure. If it'spleaZure can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available), its staff would inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. You have right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund. it'spleaZure shall not be responsible for wrong or partial delivery if claimed after 30 days from the date of delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for the products that will have tags and/or seal removed, worn, used or washed.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on hosiery products.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded) such as boxes.
  • In case of exchange delivery costs borne by User cannot be refunded, though we offer a free delivery option for exchanged items
  • Gift boxes, wrapping and gift cards cannot be refunded
